Treatment & services

Outpatient care for mental health and substance use

We treat adults 18 and older (men and women) who are struggling with mental health, substance use, or both. Your care plan is built with you, and it changes as you grow.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP gives you the structure of a treatment program without an overnight stay. You attend group and individual sessions several days a week, then go home to practice what you learned in real life.

It's a strong fit after detox or a hospital stay, or when weekly counseling isn't enough on its own.

Outpatient Treatment

Standard outpatient care meets you where you are, whether you're starting treatment, stepping down from IOP, or keeping your recovery strong over time.

Your plan is built with you and reviewed as you grow.

Peer Support

Our certified peer recovery support specialists bring lived experience to your care. They encourage, guide, and show you what recovery can look like, because they've lived it.

Case Management

Recovery is hard when life's basics are shaky. Our case managers help you connect with housing, transportation, benefits, and community resources, and coordinate with your other providers.

Transportation

Getting to treatment shouldn't stand in the way of getting better. We help you arrange state transportation to and from your appointments.

For many clients, including most AHCCCS members, rides may be covered by insurance. Our team will check your coverage and help you schedule.
